When implementing our boutique hotel concept, we focus on the property with its history and local significance, architecture and location, and develop a usage concept (content) tailored to the location.
We distinguish between two concepts of use:
Urban Editions
Hotels embedded in culturally active cities, offering calm within dense urban environments.
Remote Editions
Retreats close to nature, offering space for focus, recovery and perspective.
Different contexts, governed by the same principles.

The two managing partners, Leopold Weinberg and Adrian Hagenbach, combine expertise in architecture and construction with law and economics, complementing their own skills with a broad network of renowned partners.
